Most of our staff have been with us for many years – some going back 30 years to when the company was first formed. This loyalty is a hugely positive endorsement of how we value our staff. We know that with longevity comes accrued experience, which is particularly important in the security industry, which is why we value it so much. The importance of training
Induction training of new personnel is mandatory and, likewise, refresher training is also mandatory. We also retrain staff assigned to new contracts and areas of work and support staff to participate in our regular development programmes.
Our male and female security personnel wear a uniform or smart business clothes that allow them to blend in with their working environment.
Armed Forces Covenant
We are committed to supporting our armed forces personnel and have signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant.
